Frank van der Endt

"The learning accelerator"

The world faces more challenges than ever before. New leadership is needed and developing organisations set high quality requirements for management and internal and external collaboration. I support directors, managers and professionals in developing organisations. The key, in my opinion, is maximum mobilisation of the potential of the people, team and stakeholders.
My specific expertise is in the area of personal and organisational development and directing change processes. Customers appreciate the combination of my experience, results focus, commitment and enthusiasm.

Private

Fan of Bali and marathon runner.

My family and I holidayed on the colourful island of Bali last summer and found it to offer the ideal combination of art, culture, nature, activities and spiritual relaxation. My son and I also explored the underwater world. A healthy lifestyle is important to me and running forms part of that outlook. I have been a qualified running therapist in since 2013 and have already completed various marathons. I am currently training for the Boston Marathon.
