Advice and Entrepreneurship’
I have worked as an organisational consultant since 1982. I qualified as an occupational and organisational psychologist at VU University Amsterdam. After several years as an associate partner at the Holland Consulting Group, I left to join CORDES in 1987.

- Developing the personal and leadership skills of the management at academic hospitals
- Mergers of partnerships and professional groups of medical specialists
- Strategy development for both hospitals and large partnerships
- “Coaching-based Management” course for new managers

Rieteke Bakker
“If you can’t do it how you should, do it how you can”
My work involves providing guidance to executive boards, managers, professionals and management teams, particularly during changes in strategy, organisational design or organisational culture. I also mediate in the event of conflicts. And I specialise in setting up and implementing Management Development and development programmes for the management echelons in organisations and for professionals.
Private
"Horses are my passion"
They’re more than a hobby now. Besides practising the sport (dressage), a stallion breeder and I have around 20 horses. This activity, like my work, also involves a quest to find the highest quality. Every now and then I combine my work and private life.

I am a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and member of the Dutch Institute for Management Consultants (Ooa).
